A little about me
I’m originally from South Africa, where I completed my Master’s in Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg. After moving to Australia, I established My Family Chiro to create the kind of patient experience I believe in: one where people are listened to, assessments are thorough and treatment decisions are considered.
Over more than 12 years in practice, I’ve worked with people at many stages of life. I particularly enjoy building lasting relationships with the families who visit.
You’re a person, not an appointment number
My approach starts with listening. I explain my findings, discuss treatment options and make recommendations that respect your goals, preferences and circumstances.
I value collaborative care with GPs, paediatricians, physiotherapists and other professionals. If a concern needs further investigation or is outside my scope, I’ll discuss referral options.
Qualifications and experience
Sports chiropractic
International Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (ICCSP, FICS), through the Fédération Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport (FICS) — the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic.
Paediatric chiropractic
Diploma in Chiropractic Paediatrics (DACCP (Paeds)) through the Australian College of Chiropractic Paediatrics (ACCP).
12+ years
Over twelve years of clinical experience.
Outside the clinic
Outside the clinic, I’m a husband to Kimberly and dad to our daughter, Mia. I enjoy gardening, spending far too much time caring for my lawn (much to my wife’s amusement), tackling DIY projects, going for runs, enjoying walks along the beach and playing golf whenever I get the chance.
