If it is your first time attending My Family Chiro or if you have not been to the practice within the past 2 years. Please allow up to 45 minutes for this consultation and treatment. A link to the online intake paperwork will be emailed to you. Please fill that out on your phone or computer prior to your consultation.

Claiming at your appointment is an easy process as we'll be able to do an on the spot claim with our Hicaps machine
